MEALS

Estancia Buena Vista offers natural and home made cuisine prepared with products from our farm and acological orchard. Our menu includes breakfast with home made bread, scons, patees, marmeladaes, fresh fruit juices. At midday we offer original meals with an international touch and for dinner we prepare barbecues of veal, lamb, pork, or fish from our lagoons. When the nigth falls we serve drinks together with empanaditas and warm chipás. Our specialty is the smoking of fishes and farm products: geese, ducks, turkerys, hens and pheasant
